Bleed Feed Motorcycle Air Suspension Technology

Platinum Air Suspension was started in 2003 to bring Quality, Value and Innovative Technology to hard-core Custom motorcycle riders. BLEED FEED TECHNOLOGY, developed by Platinum to be the industries best riding air suspension system. At Platinum we believe that your Custom Motorcycle should have a custom ride and with Bleed Feed systems you get that ride. Ride It The Way You Want.

Platinum took the technology that was used in the trucking & aircraft industry & applied it to the motorcycle air suspension market. This allows you to pressure (lift) & back pressure (ride height adjustment / rebound control).

This product will allow you to have a lowered look & comfortable ride at any desired ride height. Platinum is dedicated to manufacturing reliable, quality products that have been tested for the past 5yrs in the motorcycle industry. There is a BLEED FEED & SIMPLE system available for H-D / V-TWINS, METRIC CRUISERS & STREET BIKE applications.

B'COOL Products has Bagger front fenders in stock for all wheel sizes from 21" up to and including 32". They are made from 12 gauge cold rolled steel or 1/8" aluminum for the ultimate in fender quality. All fenders begin life from flat sheet. Using CNC spinning lathes the flat sheets are spun into specific shapes to correctly fit each tire profile then CNC plasma cut with the desired side profile. Our CNC process provides the quality and repeatability demanded by our customers.

All fenders are fully TIG welded and metal finished. The amount of prep time for body-men and painters is greatly reduced as a result of our meticulous attention to details saving the builder valuable time and money on their project.
B'COOL Products also offers custom built fenders for the customer's desired specifications. Our CNC Plasma cutting allows us to program and cut a fender with infinite detail for our customer. Before any cutting begins the customer provides some ideas and a 'to scale' drawing of the fender is created. A print is sent to the customer for acceptance or change. Once the design is agreed upon the fender is manufactured.

Speed By Design was established in 2009 and is proudly based out of Southern California. Speed By Design specializes in building Bagger parts for Harley Davidson Touring Models. In the spring of 2004 Ray Willis had the ambition to build his first motorcycle, with his creative skills of wrenching dirt bikes, building hotrods and growing up in a junkyard he went under the wing of master metal fabricator and builder Marc Rowe of Rowe Machine Company, and Spadafora Choppers was born.

Since 1999 Hawg Halters Inc. has been on a mission to challenge the status quo of a very dynamic and ever changing V-Twin Custom Parts Marketplace in North America. In a market dominated at times by imported products, HHI created a supply line proudly designed and manufactured in their Dahlonega, Georgia facility.  Built in “Our House” is a source of great pride for all the staff at HHI.

The evolution of HHI has included the adoption of industry leading  technologies in Solids based computer aided design and finite element analysis which allows us to perfect our product design execution.  HHI carefully selects materials of the highest qualities including custom made aircraft grade 6061 billet aluminum built to exacting HHI specifications,  and the latest stainless steel alloys to deliver the best performing products in their categories.

HHI incorporates extensive prototyping and pre-production testing to optimize new product development which will ultimately lead to long term reliability and performance of their production products. HHI is constantly evaluating production technologies, and is heavily investing in their production floor equipment and processes. ​Vision Motor Sports, located in Seattle Washington, was established in 1997 with the mission to revolutionize the lighting industry. Today we are doing just that. The Engineering, Product Development and Marketing is conducted from the Vision X USA office located in Algona Washington. Vision X Asia is home to the Manufacturing, Testing, and Inventory Logistics departments of Vision X Global Lighting. Today Vision X has the mission of developing partners around the World to continue developing and marketing the most advanced lighting products in the World.

In less than 10 years Eddie Trotta became one of the planet’s pre-eminent Custom Motorcycle Designers. His personal touch and involvement in every machine Thunder Cycle creates has awarded him a long list of honors. In 2001 through 2003 he was one of only four Camel Roadhouse builders; in 2004 Eddie joined the Hard Rock Roadhouse; and he was the V-Twin Magazine Bike Builder of the Year, unquestionably one of the top honors in the custom bike world.  Also in 2004, Eddie was invited by the Discovery Channel to star in their new series ‘the Great Biker Build Off’, and he has also appeared on many other television shows. Trotta and his team were awarded the Biker Picaso Award at the Discovery Ultimate Chop Awards Show. The Thunder Cycle enterprise is further distinguished by its favored status amongst celebrities, athletes, influential well-to-do clients, and other connoisseurs of great design from all walks of life.

Trask Performance was founded in 2000, when Nick Trask followed his passion for motorcycles and performance, from New Zealand to the United States.
Nick knew that the only way to make his vision a reality, was to risk it all, and come to the United States to pursue his dream.
Fast forward to the present and Trask Performance has become the top leader in turbo systems for Harley-Davidson V-Rod’s, Big Twins, and Victory Motorcycles.
In addition to the turbo aspect of the business, Trask Performance is also one of the top tuning shops in the country.
Trask also manufactures many of its own products with the Trask name attached to them, and has been embraced by the media with dozens of motorcycle magazine articles, features and covers. Magazine’s that have all featured Trask turbo systems, and other Trask Products.
So while the risk Nick took, has certainly seemed to have paid off, both his vision and mission has remained steadfast.
